Beacon Hill Park is nestled in the heart of Victoria. With over 200 acres of greenery, we barely made a dent in our walk around today. JT had a ‘moment’ enroute because of a sore ankle, but once we were there and the ducks were everywhere, it was like a miracle happened and he was magically healed.
The Cherry Blossom trees are in full bloom and the gardens are filled with their winter flowers. They are gorgeous!!! Clive reminded me that we planted two of these trees when we lived in Mitchell. I think we may need to reinvest in a few at our current house.
I find it funny how their winter flowers are our summer flowers. Oh how I wish we could have flowers outside year round. Regardless, it was nice to get some fresh air and a bit of natural Vitamin D.
***Check out the ducks using the crosswalk!
