JT and I came across something called a #HappyWall when we were hanging out in downtown Edmonton today. We were both intrigued and confused when we approached the bright display at Churchill Square. What was it? What were we supposed to do?
As we learned, the story behind the #HappyWall was to bring color, fun and creativity to an area under construction.
Over 1000 small, painted wooden doors, each on their own hinge, waiting for a someone passing by to take the time to give it new life and new meaning.
Truth be told, it was fun, and transforming the sign to have a personal meaning, definitely brought a smile to our faces.
Cheers to JT for his 3 minutes of having his name on a billboard… someone changed the sign as we walked away.
